We are delighted to present a solo booth with works by Max Freund (1992 born in Vienna, Austria).

For his very first presentation in New York at Future Fair 2024, we are showing brand new paintings from two different bodies of work: large scale paintings referring to the piece "Slow Nails" from 2022 along with works on paper from the series "Figur im Park".

Max Freund is a painter and printmaker currently living and working in Vienna, Austria. After graduating from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna in 2017, he has participated in various

international solo and group exhibitions at galleries and institutions such as Ludwig Museum Budapest, Ravnikar Gallery Space Ljubliana, WUK Vienna, The Printspace London, Modern Art Museum Shanghai and many others.

In addition to participating in international residency programs, Freund is also part of the micro publishing house and artist collective Soybot, which focuses on the production of artist zines and editions with an emphasis on risograph printing.
