In his second solo exhibition at Elektrohalle, the Vienna-based artist Christian Hutzinger (1966 born in Vienna, Austria), whose works have already been shown at prestigious institutions such as Belvedere & MUMOK in Vienna and Lentos in Linz, among others, is showing brand new works paintings conceived for this show as well as a site-specific mural – both of which appear formally constructed on the surface, but develop a strong spatial dimension and a life of their own.
